My approach focuses on clarifying and reducing psychological distress by increasing awareness of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that often exist outside of conscious awareness. As a result, clients frequently experience stronger relationships, greater satisfaction in their careers, and increased stability and balance in their lives.

Yes, you will be provided a HIPPA compliant, private Zoom link for each session in order to foster a safe virtual environment.

Sessions, including session time, are individualized to each person's need; however, sessions are typically 45 minutes.
