I view my role as a facilitator, helping clients uncover the root causes of their concerns with the goal of creating a more fulfilling and meaningful life. I provide a supportive space where clients can better understand themselves, gain new perspectives, and develop deeper insight—leading to healthier choices and an improved quality of life.
HI, I’M SHELBY
With a lifelong passion to help others, I have come to learn that understanding ourselves and the relationship we have with ourselves is primary and I hope to aid in that process. By providing expert-led psychotherapy, I help adults navigate change, manage symptoms of depression, stress, and anxiety with action-oriented tools towards growth.

In our work together, we’ll discover what matters most to you, explore the challenges that may be standing in your way, and learn new tools to move forward. My role is to support your growth with compassion and intentionality, helping you feel more connected to yourself and the life you want to create.
MORE ABOUT SHELBY
Upon completing my masters in social work from New York University, I began my career in New York City hospitals. Working with severe mental illness, alongside clinical training and mentorship—experiences that reinforced my belief in collaboration and the importance of a strengths-based perspective in therapy.
I quickly developed a passion for making positive change in others’ lives. Today, in private practice I continue this empathetic and relationship-oriented work. I connect strongly with the idea that knowledge is power, and I actively seek out ways to deepen my skills. This can be seen through my ongoing professional development, through continuing education, seminars, and trainings.
Certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and most recently an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP)
